Massage Appointments in Milton
Review your Health History, identify treatment goals. Start hands on therapy and develop an ongoing treatment plan
In a longer appointment we dive deep into unwinding and balancing your body, often integrating a Reiki treatment within the context of Registered Massage Therapy. Techniques include Swedish Massage, trigger points, hot stone, manual lymphatic drainage. Shorter appointments are appropriate for children, or as a treatment plan for a short term injury or specific body part (i.e. TMJ treatment or a sprained ankle)
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Patients with lymphedema, lipedema, chronic edema and chronic inflammation can benefit from Manual Lymphatic Drainage. I use the Vodder system of Manual Lymphatic Drainage to help patients maintain and improve their swelling. This includes gentle hands on massage, and the use of compression garments or bandaging as necessary. Bandaging supplies are not included in posted rates.
